All Sales Are Final

Due to the exclusive nature of pre-loved luxury items and to protect the integrity of our inventory, all sales are final.
J’adore Luxe does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, fit, condition expectations, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Pre-Loved Condition Disclosure

All items sold by J’adore Luxe are pre-loved and may show signs of prior use consistent with their condition description. Minor wear, patina, or imperfections are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or disputes.

Authenticity Guarantee

All handbags sold by J’adore Luxe are 100% authentic. Each item is verified using a reputable third-party authentication service prior to being listed and sold. Our authentication is guaranteed.

Authenticity Dispute Policy

If a customer believes an item is not authentic, the following strict process must be followed:

Notification must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, including:
- A written explanation of the concern
- Clear, detailed photos of the item, including logos, serial numbers, date codes, heat stamps, and any areas in question
The claim must include written documentation from a recognized third-party authentication company stating that the item is not authentic.
- The report must clearly reference the exact item received, including matching serial numbers/date codes
- Screenshots, verbal opinions, resale platform opinions, or unverifiable sources will not be accepted
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and MUST include tracking number.
J’adore Luxe reserves the right to:
- Review all submitted documentation
- Submit the item for additional independent authentication at our discretion

Resolution

If the item is confirmed inauthentic through verified documentation and review, a full refund will be issued once the item is returned.
If the claim cannot be substantiated, the sale will remain final and no refund will be issued.

Return Conditions (Authenticity Claims Only)

If a return is authorized due to a confirmed authenticity dispute:

The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received
All original packaging, dust bags, tags, and accessories must be included
The item must show no signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage

Any evidence of wear, tampering, or item switching will void the claim and may be reported as fraud.

Fraud & Chargeback Protection

By purchasing from J’adore Luxe, you agree to contact us directly with any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation, including authentication records, photos, and shipment confirmation.
