All items sold by J’adore Luxe are guaranteed 100% authentic and are verified using reputable third-party authentication services prior to sale.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. J’adore Luxe does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, except in the rare case of a confirmed authenticity dispute as outlined in our Return & Authenticity Policy.

Authenticity Disputes

Authenticity disputes must follow the exact process outlined in our Return Policy & Authenticity Guarantee, including submission deadlines and required third-party documentation. J’adore Luxe reserves the right to independently verify all claims.

Failure to follow the outlined process will result in denial of the claim.

Pricing & Availability

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, risk of loss passes to the buyer. J’adore Luxe is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Any chargebacks initiated without first contacting J’adore Luxe will be disputed with all supporting documentation, including authentication records, photographs, and shipping confirmation. Fraudulent activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

J’adore Luxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
