J’adore Luxe

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Due to the high-value nature of our items, additional verification may be required prior to shipment. This may result in slight processing delays.


Flat-Rate Shipping

J’adore Luxe offers flat-rate shipping for $10 on all domestic orders.

  • Flat-rate shipping includes tracking and insurance.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders may require signature confirmation, especially for high-value items.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers selected by J’adore Luxe. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Insurance

All shipments are insured for the full purchase value while in transit. Insurance coverage applies until the carrier confirms delivery.


Risk of Loss

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, risk of loss passes to the buyer.

J’adore Luxe is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
  • J’adore Luxe will provide shipment and insurance documentation upon request.

All delivery-related issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. J’adore Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Refused or Returned Shipments

Packages that are refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to customer error will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.


Packaging

All items are securely packaged to protect their condition during transit. Any included dust bags, boxes, or accessories will be clearly noted in the product listing.
